Has had the R10 since last summer: a great little travel camera, but it struggles in low light at indoor horse arenas and gives limited background blur. A drop warped its mount.

“It's a great little travel option but I've encountered some low light issues, especially when shooting horse stuff inside (arenas) and also would like some more background blur”

Stepped up from a 2000D to the R10 a couple of weeks ago and finds it a great camera, mostly used with the RF-S 18-150.

“I bought the R10 as a step up from the 2000d a couple of weeks ago, it's a great camera, you'd be making a very wise choice!”

R10 owner who likes its excellent autofocus and ergonomics, but misses in-body stabilisation for twilight shooting. Finds good-value RF lenses scarce and is tired of adapting bulky EF lenses.

“I definitely do appreciate the excellent autofocus on the r10. I've never used another system other than my Lumix gf7, but that's just a little rinkydink thing that doesn't really compare”
